Amateur Radio License Testing (VE Testing Sessions)

At the Findlay Radio Club we hold our Amateur Radio Testing Sessions (VE test sessions) on the second Saturday of the month at 9:00am. All license class tests are available at each session.

Walk-ins with a Federal Registration Number (FRN), available at: https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do, are welcome and encouraged to arrive at 8:00am to complete the registration process prior to the beginning of the exam.

Tropical Storm Melissa Update

All eyes and ears are on Tropical Storm Melissa, now in the Caribbean Sea. As of 6:30:00 AM EDT on Thursday October 23, 2025, the National Weather Service Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida reports that Melissa is crawling over the central Caribbean sea and is expected to bring heavy rains and life-threatening flooding to portions of Hispaniola and Jamaica over the weekend.
